- What does Z Trade do?

Z Trade is a B2B sourcing, import, export and supply partner. We also offer product marketing, market research, business development, consultancy and customized solutions, in Bangladesh and internationally.
- Do you sell to individuals?

We work with companies, institutions, NGOs and projects, not retail. If a business has a legitimate requirement, we will review it.
- Which sectors do you serve?

Healthcare and diagnostic centres, rehabilitation and recovery, NGOs and humanitarian programmes, corporate and institutional buyers, research and education, and the government and public sector.

- What products do you supply?

We work in four areas: Medical Equipment, Products & Healthcare Solutions; Software & Digital Solutions; Stationery & Office Supplies; and Customized Leather Goods (export focused).
- Can you source a product that is not listed?

Yes, case by case for genuine business requirements, for example computer parts, office equipment or garment accessories, subject to feasibility, legality and commercial viability. We do not deal in chemicals.
- Which drug test kits do you supply?

Urine strip and cassette tests for single drugs (AMP, MET, MDMA, COC, THC, OPI, MOR, BZO, BAR, MTD, TCA, BUP, OXY, FEN, KET, PCP) and 6-, 7-, 10- and customized 12-, 14- and 16-panel kits.

Price depends on specification, brand, quantity and delivery. Send a quote request and we will reply with an offer for your exact requirement.
- Which brands do you supply?

Our list is brand-neutral. We source the brand and model that fit your specification, budget and application, and confirm them in the quotation.
- Is the product in stock?

We do not publish stock. Availability and supply time are confirmed with each quotation.
- Can I order a small quantity first?

Yes. We can import small quantities for testing or initial requirements, as well as larger commercial orders.
- Do you provide HS codes?

HS codes are handled case by case for each product during the import and export process. We do not publish them.
Sourcing
- Do you import from China?

Yes. We work with several manufacturers and sourcing agents in China and have access to three major warehouses there.
- Do you export?

Yes. Export is one of our services, and our customized leather goods are mainly for export.
Services
- Do you provide installation and after-sales support?

Depending on the product: product selection, technical consultation, installation or implementation where applicable, software support and after-sales service.
- Do you develop software?

Yes, through our IT department: websites, healthcare software (hospital, clinic, LIS, EHR), business management software, custom and mobile apps, IT support and consultancy.
- Can you help introduce a new product in Bangladesh?

Yes: market research, positioning, marketing, seminars, business development, sourcing, import and supply.
